These terms and conditions define the agreement between TQual AB, a UK-based awarding organization, and individuals applying for approval as Assessors. By submitting an application to become an Approved Assessor, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Upon approval, TQual may grant authorization for a defined period. Renewal of approval will depend on adherence to these Terms, successful execution of assessments, and any additional criteria set by TQual.
As an Approved Assessor, you agree to:
TQual retains the right to evaluate and monitor the quality of assessments conducted by Approved Assessors. This may include reviewing assessment records, observing practices, and collecting feedback from relevant stakeholders. Failure to meet quality standards may result in the withdrawal of approval.
Approved Assessors are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use TQual’s intellectual property solely for conducting authorized assessments. Unauthorized use or reproduction of TQual’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Approved Assessors may be required to pay fees for approval, renewal, and other services provided by TQual. Details regarding these fees and payment terms will be communicated separately.
TQual reserves the right to revoke approval of an Assessor for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance with these Terms, misuse of intellectual property, or failure to maintain assessment quality standards.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
