Terms and Conditions for Becoming an Approved Training Centre

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between TQual AB UK Ltd., a UK-based awarding body, and any organization seeking approval as a Training Centre. By applying for Approved Training Centre status, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for approval as a Training Centre, you must:

  • Be a legally registered entity in the United Kingdom or your local jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering training programs aligned with TQual certifications.
  • Have the necessary facilities, infrastructure, and resources to provide effective training.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Application Process

To become an Approved Training Centre, you must:

  • Submit a completed application form provided by TQual.
  • Provide documentation verifying your organization’s legal status.
  • Demonstrate your ability to deliver high-quality training programs.

TQual reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

4. Approval Period

Upon successful application, TQual may grant approval for a specified duration. Renewal of approval will depend on your continued compliance with these Terms, effective delivery of training programs, and any additional requirements set by TQual.

5. Responsibilities of Approved Training Centres

As an Approved Training Centre, you agree to:

  • Deliver training programs in accordance with TQual’s standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure trainers have the appropriate qualifications and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant achievements.
  • Follow TQual’s policies, procedures, and any updates provided.
  • Notify TQual of any organizational changes that may affect your approval status.

6. Quality Assurance

TQual reserves the right to monitor and evaluate the quality of training delivered by Approved Training Centres. This may include site visits, reviews of training materials, and participant evaluations. Failure to meet quality standards may result in revocation of approval.

7. Intellectual Property

Approved Training Centres are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TQual’s intellectual property solely for delivering approved training programs. Unauthorized use or reproduction of TQual’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Fees and Payments

Approved Training Centres may be required to pay fees for approval, renewal, or other services provided by TQual. Specific details regarding fees and payment terms will be communicated separately.

9. Termination of Approval

TQual reserves the right to terminate the approval of any Training Centre for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance with these Terms, breach of intellectual property rights, or failure to maintain quality standards.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
